ICL1403

ICL1403B is a high voltage linear constant
current LED driver for phase–cut dimmable
application, which integrates 550V high voltage
MOS. The phase-cut dimmer holding current and the
LED driving current can be set through the external
resistors between 5mA and 80mA.
