芯源创科技（深圳）有限公司成立于2018年10月，是一家专注于汽车照明、通用照明驱动芯片以及其他模拟电源管理的芯片设计公司。芯源创是国家高新技术企业、深圳市专精特新中小企业，并于2025年2月在深圳前海股权交易中心进入专精特新专板。
公司总部立足深圳，秉承“以客户为中心”的经营理念，在上海、厦门、中山等地设立营销和服务机构，以快速响应客户需求。公司在苏州，香港，北京等地设立研发中心，并与中科院微电子所等科研院所合作设立汽车电子联合实验室，积累车规级车用芯片技术。公司于2021年开始车规级照明驱动芯片的研发，目前汽车大灯驱动芯片在汽车前装市场已经成功销售500万颗以上，并凭借严谨的品质管控体系和专业水平，做到了“零”客诉，得到客户赞誉。2025年，公司将陆续推出系列大灯驱动、贯穿流水多通道以及智能氛围灯等车规级驱动芯片，在汽车制造的发展进程中发挥积极作用。
